Bill is a lifelong resident of Rockford. He obtained his B.A. degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1979 with a double major in business and history. Bill graduated from the Oklahoma City University College of Law in 1982 where he served as staff editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi and admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1982.

Jason A. Lawrence
Jason is a lifelong resident of Rockford, Illinois and a graduate of Jefferson High School. He graduated from Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois in 1993, and then graduated from Northern Illinois University, College of Law, with honors in 1996. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of both the Winnebago County and State of Illinois Bar Associations. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a certified arbitrator and mediator for the 17th Judicial Circuit, and an appointed draft board member of the Selective Service System.
Jason concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accident liability, wills, probate estates, real estate transactions and Social Security Disability.
Timothy P. Naill
Tim concentrates his practice in workers compensation and personal injury. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 1989 and his law degree from Northern Illinois University, cum laude, in 1999. (He is a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy Reserve with 20 years of service. He holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Tim is a graduate of the defense language institute with fluency in Italian and has an M.A. degree in theology from Loras College).
Todd S. Reese
Todd is a lifelong resident of Rockford. He obtained his A.S. degree from Rock Valley Community College in 1990 and his B.A. degree from Florida Bible College in Kissimmee, Florida in 1994. Todd attended Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, Maryland from 1995 to 1997. He then worked as a Corrections Officer for the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department from 1997-2002. Todd graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law with honors in 2005 and is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Todd is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, a certified Arbitrator for the 17th Judicial Circuit, and has been appointed to serve as a member of the Local Board in Illinois for the Selective Service System.
Christopher M. Reese
Christopher was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Illinois in November 2005 and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois in June 2006. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas in May of 2005. During his law school career, Christopher was selected as a member of The National Order of Barristers. He was a National Finalist and Regional Champion in the American Bar Association's 2005 Representation in Mediation Competition and a National Finalist in the American Bar Association's 2004-2005 Negotiation Competition.
Christopher earned his Master of Arts in the Christian Education (M.A.C.E.) from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida Bible College in 1994; and is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
